What is it?

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. The concept is simple, short runs broken up by 8 functional workout stations. Just you vs. the clock.

At The Shop, we use this format to build you from the ground up. No experience needed, no fitness background required. Push as hard as you want, scale back when you need to.

Show up with your coworkers, bring a friend, or walk in alone and leave belonging to a community. The only requirement is that you show up.

Structured Warm-Up
Every session starts with muscle activation and mobility. We prep the muscles and movement patterns you'll use in the workout. No wasted time.
The Workout Block
3-6 functional strength exercises combined with cardio intervals. Each block is scaled to your level. You work at your own pace.
Progressive Programming
Month by month the program progresses. New movements, increased loads, shorter rest. You'll feel the difference fast.
Coached Every Rep
Coaches leading sessions who have tested themselves against the workouts. Knowing exactly what you are up against.
Cardio + Strength
Functional strength movements paired with cardio intervals every session. Both systems get pushed and both systems adapt.
Cool-Down & Recovery
Every session ends with proper recovery. Mobility, targeted stretching, and breath work. Train hard, recover smart.

The HYROX Training Program is built for anyone ready to commit to serious, high performance training. You don't need a background in fitness, just the willingness to show up and put in the work.

Every workout is fully customizable. Coaches will adjust weight, distance, and intensity for each athlete individually.

As you build your base, you'll naturally progress into higher intensity ranges, always progressing upwards.

No prior experience required. Every session is fully scalable. Coaches adjust weight, distance, and intensity to match your current level.
Groups are capped at 8 athletes per session. Small enough for real coaching, big enough for real energy.
Sessions run 45-60 minutes: structured warm-up, main workout block combining cardio intervals and functional strength, then a guided cool-down. Every session is coached start to finish.
Any level. Beginner to competitive athlete, the program is designed to challenge you at your level and progress you forward. There's always a next level to reach.
